Some of us train for marathons or obstacle race, some of us train for that summer beach body, and some of us train just to feel good at the end of the day. The point is, having a reason or something to keep you motivated when it comes to fitness is a great tool to keep you disciplined and on track.
If you’re looking for a fun challenge to freshen up your fitness goals now that 2016’s resolutions are nearly a month old, we’ve got it. The BattleFrog Obstacle Race in San Francisco is just the thing. The ~8k course will take you across the Golden Gate Bridge and through the Financial District, so be prepared to see some of the best sights in the Bay while you get your sweat on. With Kokoda Fitness founder and head coach, Nathan Amy, who has plenty of experience in the Australian Army, we’ll train you to be in top condition for the 22+ military-inspired obstacles that will be waiting for you on the BattleFrog course!
