Temperatures are starting to dip. The clouds and the fog are of the colder sort in the mornings and evenings in the beautiful Bay Area.  It’s no secret that grayer days can affect our moods, so today we are sharing an article on how to be happier from The Q Editors.

How does staying fit affect your mood?
