Working out with a partner can help you stay motivated and also makes exercising more fun. The same thing goes with stretching! It’s important to stretch together as well.
Stretching with a partner helps enforce a longer stretching routine (since you are less likely to cut corners), and some stretches are much more effective when you have a partner there to help. Stretching after your workout allows the muscles to heal faster afterwards so you are healthy and ready for your next workout.
