What do you like about our trainers?Nathan's personality is extremely positive and cheerful, he genuinely seems to care about us and care about our success. I don't feel like I'm being compared to anyone else, I feel challenged and praised which is what I need to keep me going because I'm not naturally a physical person. I like the outdoor location, it helps make the experience more varied and interesting and motivating.
What do you like about our services?Upon signing up for my first Kokoda class I was severely deconditioned and looking to ramp up my fitness. Not surprisingly, it was a challenge to make it through the class, but it was fun, and I knew I had to keep at it to get results. Now, I attend 4-5X per week and have seen significant improvements in my strength, speed, and endurance. If you commit to showing up, doing the work, and having fun in the process, you will absolutely get results.
What do you like about our workouts?Workouts are challenging and efficient! You'll be glad it's over yet energized at the same time. Very familial feel due to the smaller class sizes, which also allows Nathan to give personal attention to each person during the workouts.
What do you like about our services?I was tired of going to the gym and wanted a fun workout experience that kept me engaged and motivated to go, that's where I found Kokoda. It's been over a year now and I've lost over 25 pounds since starting the program. Not only do I have a great time in class with like minded folks who I now call my friends, but I'm in one of the best shapes of my life thanks to Nate and the folks at Kokoda. If you want an awesome workout where you can enjoy great views of the Golden Gate Bridge then this is the spot for you!
What do you like about our services?Great setting. Awesome equipment. Always switching it up. Small group allows for attention to safe practice and direct coaching feedback.
What do you like about our services?I did Classpass for over a year and that's how I found Kokoda. Eventually I quit and joined Kokoda full time and couldn't be happier! The people in each class are awesome and friendly and the workouts go by so quickly. I feel challenged at every class and can see myself getting stronger. Take it from someone who's tried over 50 different workout classes, this is the one.

What do you like about our Personal training?Great value, convenient location, great variety of workouts, personal attention is better than any other personal trainer I've worked with!
What do you like about Kokoda?It is amazing how far I have come. My first class with Jenn 14wks ago, we were doing squats with the bar and I couldn't do a proper one without the bar. We just did them again and I did squats with bar and 25lbs on each side. I love how she kicks our butt and is so pleasant about it.
What do you like about Kokoda?Kokoda fitness isn't a gym.. It is a community. Every class is full of people that actually want to be there and it shows when names are exchanged as much as high fives after workouts! Nathan is a great coach and why I've made Kokoda part of my life for over 2 years!
