First Responder Training

What I like is being pushed past limits i thought i couldn't go past. I've been doing Kokoda for a little over 3 months, i hit my 3 month mark this month on the 22nd. Ive seen major improvements, they don't just focus on weight loss but strength and proper form. Both Nathan and Jenn Rock! They're very upbeat and engage with each individual.

I love the constant change in workouts from Hight Intense Interval Training to Strength Training. It always keeps the body guessing. AMRAPs and EMOMs can seem repetitive and boring but Kokoda keeps it fun and makes you want to challenge yourself to get better and better
